Hi,

I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 with v5.0.0.592 installed.

The problem is, from the last 6 months my smartphone unlocks his keypad automatically without me giving any order. This doesn’t happen every time I lock the keypad, but happens like 1 or 2 times a day (which is really often and boring, especially when he starts making calls when it is on my pocket).

1- Is there anyone with the same problem? Is this a usual problem with a solution?

2- In case of this being like a unique case, my work around is to configure a keypad autolock after like 1 minute or something... is this possible?

You may be hitting the code if the BB is in your pocket. Try using the full lock feature. A bit slower to unlock.
