I am in a 3 BES environment (Geographically sorted) with 400+ users. All three are VM'ed and we have several Exchange servers that the users point to.
Recently, I have come upon an issue where users cannot open attachments when they arrive on thier BB. The attachment shows but, if you click on it and select 'view', the next screen shows the attachment with the red clock and never goes away.
To troubleshoot this I have done the following:
Removed/resent service books.
Removed/readded user to BES.
Restarted attachment service on said BES.
Restarted said BES instance.
All to no avail. Can anyone provide some guidance?
