The blackberry E-mail Account is setup to use OWA and going into the setup > E-mail Settings > Edit (E-mail Acct) > Signature Field, I can put text in there for the signature but I'm trying to add line breaks in so the Signature looks like this:

Name
Phone
E-mail

but currently it looks like this:

Name Phone Email

Just looks very messy this way and if I press the return arrow key it reacts as a confirmation instead of a line break. I've searched the forums and Google and didn't really find anything other then open questions about it.

Try pressing the ALT key and then the return key

Tried that and the only thing that comes up is an option box to change the language to English/Spanish/French/Portuguese

Are you referring to the BB or OWA settings?

I access it a bit different, but it is probably the same destination. With the Messages open > BB Menu key > Options > Email Settings > Use Auto Signature > Yes > Box opens and editing can be done in that box. After entering a line I can just press the Return key and a line break is inserted. I have an 8-line signature.

I don't know why you see something different, but I suppose it could be OS Version differences? Sorry....
