I see an address where you can change it but it will not let me change it.

I changed mine by opening the Browser, going to the page I want as my start page, and using the Menu key to select Options. I then selected "Use Current", saved my selection, and the change held.

When i go to browser configuration i don't see anything that says use current just a web address for blackberry mobile as my homepage that it will not let me change.

Can you to to that field and type something else in? Try Google and see if you can save that.

Thats the part its not letting me do, i cant get it to let me put another website in the field.

If you cannot over-right that field and you cannot use the part of Options within the browser your carrier might have done something to lock it in. Maybe an OS upgrade/downgrade will clear that up.

Same issue on my current. It's in the Corporate BES settings that prevents one from changing the browser home page. On my Torch I was able to create an onscreen shortcut to any web page so I made one for Google and use that to open the browser. Same method should work for whatever you want to use as a home pager.

I found this out.......
1. open browser
2. press menu button
3. select go to ( type the address of the page)
4. hit enter
after page loads...........
5. press menu button
6. select options
7. browser options
scroll down you should see start page "last page loaded"
8. scroll over "last page loaded" and hit enter your homepage address will change
9. just below that you should see " use current" scroll over that and hit enter then hit the back key and save. it worked for me hope it works for you.

amendment.......
in step 8 after you scroll over last page loaded you will get the option of " start page" home page" or " last page loaded select " home page" then continue with step 9.
