For the last month, every call I get shows up as "Unknown Number", even numbers that used to show up with the caller-id info. I've been at home and all over the country and the problem has remained the same, so it's not my local network. Any ideas?

First I'd do a Master Radio Reset:

- Options
- Security
- Click wheel and click Master Radio Reset
- Click Yes
- Enter password of 0000 and click OK
- Turn Wireless back on

If that doesn't work, call Nextel to make sure you still have the Caller ID feature.

I just tried the reset, but no luck. Arrgggh!!!
