| Re: Anyone ever deal with Asurion? I just had to make a claim with Asurion for my daughter's 9700 and the process couldn't have gone any better. I was informed they have no 9700s except for white so they would send a 9780 in black or white.
I called Sunday evening and it was at my door Tuesday early afternoon.
No reconditioned unit either. Brand new in a sealed box including all accessories, manuals and a new SIM card..
The deductible is a bit high at $130 (tier 4 phone), but if I add up what I spent in full insurance at $5.99 a month for 24 months (through next March) plus the $130, the replacement cost $274. Doesn't seem to be a bad deal to me. TMobile announced an increase in the full insurance to $7.99, but I am still paying the older price.
This is my second time dealing with them in four years and I remain pleased with their service. The reps were very helpful and pleasant both times..
