Unhappy calendar one way sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, i got some problem on the blackberry. A user is using 9800 and outlook 2007, he edit the outlook calendar and sync to BB without any problem. if he make a new appointment or change the schedule on BB, he find that it can't sync to the outlook calendar.
Total 165 users in BES server but only 2 users are facing this problem
server: BES 5.0.1.58
email: Exchange 2007

Thanks, but our problem is not related to the Blackberry Desktop Manager, we're using the 3G wireless for the communication between the Blackberry device and BES.
Any ideas ?

Ok , I checked my Outlook sync options on DM and on mine there is an option for one way sync. Not sure if this is an option my admin allows but seems it could be something that could cause your issue.
Yes it does not exist on my BIS BB only the BES BB. and yes I use wireless sync.


Edit.

RIM reports a problem with handheld updating to Outlook fixed in Outlook 2010.

we're using Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 client and the RIM is 5.0.1.58, it only occur on 2 users in total 165 users, other user didn't got this problem.
Also the 2 users didn't install the Desktop Manager in their computer and never connect it. It seems that it's not related to the Desktop Manager...
