Default BB Express 2008 with Exchange 2010

Please Login to Remove!

I am hoping I cam to right place, please let me know if this post should not be here. This is my situation. I have a BB server already it is installed on 2003 server. I want to move to BB Express 2008. Also, I am planning to move the mailboxes from my current exchange server from 2003 to Exchange 2010.

So, I created a new server and installed BB express on it. I also created a test account on Exchange 2010. But I am unable to activate any phones. I do get the ETP.DAT in the test mailbox but this is about it, it fails to activate. What am I doing wrong? Can I have two BB servers?
