We have BES 4.1 Enterprise server is it possible to transfer license from BES 4.1 to BES 5.0?

I am going to install new BES 5 Server Express, or if it possible, transfer license from current BES 4.1 to BES 5

BES Express is free with 2000 CALs. there is no need to worry about licence transfer.
