Default Green flash should be red

Please Login to Remove!

Hello fellow forum peeps, well often I will have a message waiting but my green light is indicating no messages when it should be red, not always but at least daily. what the heck??

Green is the network indicator light..... could that be it?

The message indicator light, flashing red, will also stop 15 minutes after a message alert. So if you have the network indicator on it will revert to flashing green at that time.

OK that makes sense. it does seem to take about 15 min.

Message alert will be a priority, in only lasts for 15 min. There are after market programs that do different kind of alerts, I think one is called BeeBuzz or some such. One of them may keep the alert light flashing longer.
