It doesn't happen all the time but I've been noticing my cursor has been moving up/down on it's own & when I'm on a web page, it scrolls all the way down & doesn't let me scroll back up. Sometimes the cursor won't move at all & freeze when I try to move it with the trackpad. My fingers aren't wet & I don't think the trackpad has gotten wet. What should I do?!

I have similar problem with my Bold 9900. Especially on web browser after moving the cursor by trackpad the cursor moves a little bit (backwards).
Is it due to high trackpad sensitivity, where mine is 50*50.

Mine did that after I upgraded to the new Facebook app, and a battery pull stopped it.
