I have two mobile numbers with only one digit difference ( carrier digit):

79 xxxxxxx
77 xxxxxxx

the first two digits are reserved for the carrier , so basically they are same number but from different carriers. Blackberry doesnt distinguish between these numbers , the full number is saved in my phonebook for different contact names
