Default type " START", not turn to " OS factory"

Please Login to Remove!

I have one Blackberry 9300, after turn it on , following letters on the screen:

1067477616
os version:6.3.0.63
Device Type-POP-30365-003-6

SIM...
...
...
...

type "START" to start JAVA
Release OS
...

But when I type " START" , nothing appeared , as usual "Factory OS (No Application Linked)" should be on the screen then load ROM.

what's the problem and how to solve it? thanks for help

You used Software that was illegally obtained from RIM.
Go back to the site you got it from and ask them for help.

Did this BlackBerry ever work before?
Did you run any software to try and change the BlackBerry?

You used a program to try (unsuccessfully) to modify your BlackBerry. Go ask whoever provided that software for support. You'll get none here.
