Default Help for Newbie, who already want's to kill his blackberry

Hi Guys,

I have a 7290 which is on a desktop, I have Outlook 2003 and I have a problem sync with my BB. I just get the error message "the specified intellisync configuration is invalid".

I managed to install the software last night and it sync the calander and contacts fine. My email will not be up and running until the 9th Feb.

But I just can't understand why it now wont sync I can't go into the "configure PIM" without getting this error message. Someone said that it might be to do with outlook Business contact manager ? I can't find any disc with the outlook 2003 on so I am unable to reinstall it if that's what it is. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be great

Outlook Business Contact Manager isn't supported by RIM, IIRC.
