I have a BBCurve. I can't see any new messages that come into my mailbox. I can view them on my desktop, but they are not carrying over to the phone. I don't even see a new message indicator, but I can see sent items and old messages. Please help! Nobody has been able to find the setting that I need to change.

What model BlackBerry do you have (8900 is not a Verizon device).
Did this ever work? Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?

What does it show in the upper right hand corner? 1x, 1X, something like that?

Has this worked correctly in the past? If so what have you changed recently?

What device do you really have or what carrier are you really using? The device listed, the 8900 doesn't work on the Verizon network.

First, the obvious, do you have a BB data plan and are you using BIS or BES? Is email set up correctly?

On your PC Client, under "Advanced Settings" do you have "Leave Messages on Server" checked?
