Thanks but I did try that while on the phone with Earthlink. Their Tier-2 engineer called back 24 hours later (way too late) about *22890.
Why does this only happen to us? Maybe we are one of those StealthBerry with the workaround to bypass NTP patents?
I just don't know for sure.
