Exclamation Please Help - Still Experiencing Outage Issues

Please Login to Remove!

My BRAND NEW (as of 10/10) 9650 is operating slowly, freezing, rebooting itself and not retaining settings upon doing so.

It has also yet to display any backlog messages/emails received during the outage. I have confirmed this with Verizon, who cannot push them through.

I have performed soft and hard resets, reconcile now, etc. Is there anything else I can do? I am in NYC, started experiencing the outage on Wednesday 10/12.

Please help!

Return it immediately to Verizon and make sure it works before you leave the store.
Also, remove any micro SD media cards from the 9650.

Thanks. The device was functioning properly after the initial sync with Blackberry desktop software a few days before the outage hit here.

Is there something I'm not doing to re-connect with the Blackberry server?
