Default I Tried Everything! (deleting Duplicate Notes)

Please Login to Remove!

Originally I had an iPhone and now I have gotten a Blackberry BOLD 9900 with Desktop Manager FOR MAC.

I have around 200-300 notes but because of duplicates, 990 are showing.

In the Desktop manager I found that it syncs notes from "AppleMail" so here's what I did:

#1 Categorized the notes by subject
#2. Deleted all duplicate notes on APPLE MAIL
#3. Opened desktop manager, clicked on "DEVICE", "CLEAR Data..." and selected ONLY "Memos"

Now my device had 0 notes...perfect!

#4. Synced Notes from Desktop manager selecting "REPLACE ALL NOTES ON DEVICE"

AGAIN 990 notes came out of nowhere!!!!!?

Please help!!

How do I get rid of duplicates? They no longer exist in my MAIL APP but for some reason they still show up when I sync

ALSO when I sync - There are NOTES that show up in my EMAIL mailbox - Please help
