One Blackberry user in the office when he is synchronising his blackberry at the end it says that it wants to delete some contacts from his outlooks. Contacts that he wants to keep and contacts he hasnt done anything to do in months? He cant choose which ones he wants to keep. its either delete 70 contacts or none. He has thousands of contacts. Any resolutions?

Is this user on a BES or standalone sync with outlook via USB?
