I have never seen this before, but when I attempt to set up BIS email accounts on my wife's new BlackBerry, it will not verify any of the accounts, even though I know the passwords are correct. The error I get is "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again.
I have done a hard reset, and I have resent the service books. I also attempted to log in to the VZW BIS [https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw]
to no avail. It tells me to go back to the device and set up the email addresses.
Is there any way for me to resolve this? I would rather not take it to VZW, but I will if I have to. Thanks.
