I am looking to take out a blackberry service and don't know if i need the BES server or not.

My company has exchange 2003. what will the BES server give me that the outlook redirector wont.

What will i gain by buying the BES server?

If your company does not have a BES, the redirector is the way to go. You'll be able to sync your blackberry wirelessly. Remeber that the redirector must be running 24/7 on your PC.
