I'm a IT Technician currently working at a University, and I was wondering if any of you might be able to give me a hand with one of the Blackberry's we are trying to fix at the moment.

The unit itself was working just fine until we plugged it into the cradle and did a wipe to take an old user's information off of it. After it completed in about 30 seconds, there was a prompt to restart the unit. After doing that, it will no longer boot up, the screen flashes and the unit makes a beeping noise every second until after about a minute the unit makes a solid beep until you unplug the battery. When the unit is plugged back into the cradle, the computer no longer recognizes it...what could have caused this to happen? Are there any things we might be able to do to get it back and working again or is it most likely dead?

you need programmer.exe its only works for the c++ devices (957's). it will wipe everything (apps, os) from the device so you can start fresh.
