It's set to yes. When I set it to no and save, it's always lost. It works fine for other options.

select messages, options, then message display, make sure "confirm delete" is unchecked, save and back out, then go to email reconciliation, on the delete on option, select "handheld or mailbox & Handheld" once thats done save and back out. DONE..
