Default Is this a glitch?

I recently got myself a Curve 9360 with os .319 and I noticed a few problems with it. When I receive a new text message and I open the notification, it opens up the threaded conversation between me and the user. However, I cannot scroll up to view previous messages. I can't highlight anything either, it simply does not scroll up. However when i click the menu button the trackpad works in scrolling. When I exit and go to the text messages app directly and open the conversation, it can scroll up. Is this a glitch?

And secondly, my phone seems to not be able to connect after a while. I am currently not on BIS yet for a few weeks and I'm just using wifi to run those apps that can run wifi. I'm able to run whatsapp, facebook and twitter over wifi, but it only works for a while. Say, an hour or so and then facebook stops refreshing my feeds and shows content from an hour ago. When I refresh it says "you are not on a data plan that supports this". Same for whatsapp and imo.im and ubersocial. Browser still works. After a battery pull, all my twitter and facebook notifications comes in and everything is connected as normal. I don't understand why the connection is lost after a while. My wifi strength remains strong.

Thanks for any comments guys!

Regarding the first "scroll" problem. Have you tried a battery pull.

Regarding the data problem. Personally I don't understand how you have those things working at all without a BIS/BB data plan, even if it is over wifi.

Agree with devnull and ATT will find the BB very soon and automatically add the data plan so it may be better for you to select the plan you want vs. ATT making the choice.
