Default blackberry fault

Please Login to Remove!

im expiriencing a problem with my bb,the cursor its uncontrollable while texting,it keeps scrolling up and down making it difficult to text or read anything including pictures,and its decorating text automaticaly while typing,any knowledge of the problem any1 pls help

Has your device been exposed to moisture (been dropped in water, or such).

Have you popped the battery out for 30 seconds and then put it back in the device to see if that helps at all?

Sounds like a hardware issue. I'd recommend contacting your carrier to see if it's still covered under warranty.
