Hello everyone,

So I got a Blackberry Bold 9650 (Verizon). Successfully unlocked the device, and it is working just fine with AT&T network, except 2 things.

1. I can send and receive mms, but i cannot send or receive picture mms. I have tried everything, checked all my settings, and nothing seems to work

2. Sometimes trying to make a call device will say "congestion" and call fails.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix either one of these problems. Any help will be welcome!

Att has big congestion issues depending on where you are. As for the media, do you have a blackberry data plan with ATT?

Yeah, I do have the blackberry data plan with it, and everything worked when I had my bold 9000, but since i switched it is not working any longer.
Same with the congestion. Just wondering if there was anything to do with any settings on the phone.

You probably don't have the service books for MMS. Since the 9650 is not sold by AT&T and is not primarily a GSM device, AT&T may not have all of the service books for the device. This happened on a regular basis for people using the 9530 and 9550 on AT&T and T-Mobile.
