Is theresome reason that I can not forward an email that I was cc'd on. I get the forward menu, select someone from address book, but do not get a "send" button. I do get a MMS option. Whats the difference???????

Does this situation occur with all Contacts in your address book or just specific contacts? It almost looks like the BB is not reading the email address in the contact and therefore wants to send it as an MMS. Can you send a new email the contact that this occurs on ?

It happens with all contacts. It can be sent as a MMS Message which is not acceptable. It only occurs with messages I was CC'd on.

I assume you have tried the standard trouble shooting tricks, resending services books, cold reboot and reloading the OS. Are you on BES or BIS/BWC?

I am on BIS. I tried the cold boot and service books. Have not tried to reload OS

Cant think of anything else. Maybe someone else has abetter answer.

Could be a OS glitch. You could try backing everthing up and then reloading the OS. Thats my best guess.
