when i try to load the back on the phone it stops at 90% none of the keys r working either...there is not moisture on the phone. right now it shows a read error at 507. as i had it wiped.... would any1 know if there is anyway or a way to fix this loading backup on the phone stopping at 90%. tnx

The error code indicated the phone does not have a valid OS. You need to reload the OS then try your backup again. If it fails again the backup may be corrupted. Try an older one if you have one. If not do an internet search for a .IPD file readeer and try to read some of your data so you can restore some.
