Default Help Urgent

Please Login to Remove!

Just bought wife a blackberry torch 9800 for xmas and I was setting a password to lock the keypad so kids cant play with it. I thought I had done this correctly but now when entering password its says incorrect and please try again. I have used 4 out of 10 of my tries and dont know what to do next

Can anyone help pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaaasee

All you can do is try to remember what you set your password to. If you use all 10 tries it will ask you to type blackberry which in turn will delete everything from the device. Hope you figure it out.

As said above, enter it incorrectly 10 and the device will wipe and you can start over.

Make sure that you are correctly pressing the ALT key to enable numbers and special text and holding the letter key a bit longer for capital letters.

Next time, it is much easier to use all lowercase letters for the password.
