i have some problem to my unit bb8320..

every time i put a battery

phone has outomatic power on and logo only apper on the screen

that means phone has power on but loading logo apper on this screen

and i count 5-7 phone will restart and reboting again..


kindly help me abount this problem please...

no sir icon does not apper on the screen

only loading logo desapper on the screen...

after 5 to 7 the read charging light

has blinking and after blingking phone well

restart again...huhuhu

Have you allowed the battery to rundown past 20% more than a few times.

Have you dropped it or gotten it wet?

What was the last thing you did with or to the device before this began to happen?

It sounds like the battery might be damaged. Try an OEM replacement to see if that works. The 8300 series is pretty old so it would likely cost more to try to fix than it is worth.

i did'n do anything else sir... before i recive the unit i chek the battry but no chage so i can charge using universal charger like clipcharger after 30 menutes
charging i put the battery on the unit but now the unit has power on but restarting only.... i rty to update using distopsoftware but no efect because
the unit attend to restart and and conot detect distop software...

You need to leave the battery in the BB and plug into a wall charger overnight and se eif that charges the battery. 30 minutes on charge will not charge it enough. You might have damaged it.

And from how I interpret what you wrote, this is a used device that you just got?
