Default BlackBerry SMS Retaining txt from previous message

Please Login to Remove!

I have two users, one using Pearl 9105, and one 8520 curve. both have issues where they enter SMS to create a new message and find the txt from the previous message already on screen, it's not been pasted or saved as a draft etc.

Any ideas how to correct this? vodafone just say remove the battery and sim and reseat both

Check the options
Combine / sequential

This will keep messages together and open a new blank area to start a message if compose text is selected from the BB key.
