Default Factory reset on unlocked phone

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 9000 bold, initially bought with AT&T. I unlocked it and now using another carrier.

I am having dome issues and would like to format and reinstall the firmware on the phone, back to factory settings. If I do that, will the phone still be unlocked or will be locked again to AT&T?

Once unlocked, always unlocked.

Thanks, again, for an unhelpful and duplicate post.
