BB 9900 user in Singapore
OS V7.0.0.590, Platform 5.0.0.739

Suddenly blew up the internet access indicating the following Message:

"Uncaught exception:
Rendering Engine Factory not initialized"

Can any one be able to advise what action to be taken to resolve this issue and to have the Internet Access back.

PN: OS was wiped out and re-installed. But it didn't help.

If you wiped with JL_Commander and reinstalled the OS, all with the same uncaught exception error cropping up again, it indicates that you have some corrupt data.

Did you do a complete wipe with JL_Commander before re-installing the OS?
