I don't think this is possible but can i filter non BES emails like Gmail, BIS, by time of the day?

You mean in BIS, like set level 1, or don't forward to handset, if message time stamp equalssome criteria? I have not seen that capability.

BIS email accounts, level 1 does not matter, just the ability to set filters by time or date, ie receive emails only between hours x-z
