I got a new problem when i try to update the BB. It ask for device password when connected via usb and i type the same password wich i use with BB to unlock it. But it won't work and it says it incorrect password ? I installed BB desktop software so it should work? Any idea to what i'm missing at this point ?

sure it doesnt ask for the PIN code? a lot of people accidentaly make this mistake.

Make sure your not mixing upper case or numbers for the password.
Example the z key is also 7 and Z

I'll try once again later to day updateting the BB via usb on laptop. The password thing was the tricky part but i'm sure it ask for password not pin?
