Ive tried everything with this Black Berry
First text messages were being deleted after 7 days even though there was no limit set and all settings were correct
i did a software update which seems to have fixed the problem BUT it cause another poblem
Now i can not select the Email option to add a new account on the phone
I have to go to mobile.blackberry.com and set it up on phone
i have checked the Houst Routung table
i have tried resending the service books
i tried wiping everything from the phone without putting any back up information back on
tried reseting as well with o2email.co.uk/rest/Emaixxx8203 and still nothing

Any ideas guys

what model and what blackberry OS do you have on this system?

Black berry 9780
has the latest software on it (Dont have phone right in front of me at moment). the network is O2

How much free space do you have on it?
Not the microSD memory card - on the device itself.
