An employee has left my company was was able to keep their blackberry.
I disabled folder redirection, so they do not receive new messages.

How do I stop the BB from sending messages through the BES?

"Erase Data and Disable Handheld" under "IT Admin" is probably the best option (or wipe it from the BlackBerry itself.)

Will it disable it's phone functionality too?

Or maybe I should just delete the user from BES?
