Enterprise Activation Issues
I am BB Bold 9700 user and have been trying to perform an Enterprise Activation using the proper email id -credentials and company provided Enterprise activation password. This is supposed to be a straightforward process but has not worked for me. For several months, I was setup (incorrectly) as a BIS ( Blackberry Internet service user by my service provider in India) and I was trying to get this rectified by getting set up as a "BES" ( Blackberry Enterprise Service user). Any thoughts ? Thanks,
