Is there a utility that lets me see what's on the BlackBerry's display on an attached desktop computer? One of my users has a 7290 that I think has a bad display. I attached it to a computer with the desktop software on it and it seems to communicate ok, but there is nothing on the screen. The backlight won't light either. Any ideas?

Check out JL_Cmder. (Search on this). It has a feature that will take screenshots of the BB. I think that is what you want.

The screenshot screen in the program says it only works with 7100 or newer, but it worked fine with this 7290. Thanks!
