Is there a way to access the files that have been downloaded to the unit?

For example, today I downloaded Google Sync to my BB Curve 8520.

Before downloading it said that the file already exists on my unit. Do I want to replace it?

I didn't want to replace it, but had to because I couldn't find the file previously downloaded.

Please advise.
