I am (amongst other things) the BES admin in a Japanese Corporate Bank in London. Our main BB users are English users but the Japense staff would be very keen to use if the device could support Japanese.

We are currently testing a third party product which allows Japanese Characters to be displayed and while it works OK it is not as good as if the BB had native support of Japanese Characters.

Does anyone know when this will be - I was told by Vodafone early 06 but they were very vague.
