I installed my BES yesterday and i'm trying to configure my first Blackberry before I go handing them out to the Directors. I need to first appologuies if this topic has been delt with before, i had a look but couldn't see anything on it.

Basicly our company has a shared diary which everyone can access through their outlook, and all i want to do is make it so that people can see it and interact with it on their Blackberries. I called the blackberry people and they said that it couldn't be done.

Is this right, is there no way of putting a shared diary onto the blackberry???
