Default BES question

Hi I am new here and am not too sure which forum I should posting my BES question in.

A client of mine has BES 4.0 installed on their network which also has Exchange 2003 running. When I attempt to connect to the Manager I get an error saying it could not find the database. I have looked at the properties the BES configuraton and notice its pointing to another server, I look on that server which is accessible from the BES server and notice it running MS SQL, I look under MS SQL database manager and I see the BES2admin database with data in it.

The BES 4.0 is setup to use the systems password to login and get the data, BES2Admin user is working since its used for other things non BES related.

I would like to know if there is anyway to gain access to the BES with fresh new account? I am not sure if these people use their BES anymore since the manager refuses to connect.

I looked on Blackberry.com knowledge forum and could only find help related to Domino when it came to "connection to database error" related help.
