Currently we have Exchange Server 2007 SP1 and BES 4.1.6 (build 30).

I want to upgrade my exchange server 2007 to SP3.

Kindly let me know what all i need to do for BES.

Your version of BES is not supported with Exchange 2007 sp3. You may want to upgrade your BES software to at least 4.1.7. Refer to the BES combat matrix

Please keep in mind however, that 4.1.7 version of BES has "limited support" with Exchange 2007 sp3. So any potential problems you encounter you will probably have to upgrade your BES to 5.0.2 (5.0.3) at least. This is only worse case scenario. I don't foresee problems but just a friendly reminder
