Default Problem? Help!

Please Login to Remove!

My current Blackberry 8520 battery is running out very fast and keeps going to this this white screen which I can't do anything on. When ever it goes to this white screen I have to take the battery out and put it back in again.

So I got another blackberry 8520 but it didn't have a battery so I've been using my old battery from my old blackberry. But my new Blackbery keeps doing the same thing going to this white screen. Some people call it the white screen of death.

Do you think it's my battery which is doing it? As it would make sense.

I went to a phone shop and asked them about it and they said they've never heard of the problem before. And said buy a new battery.

Thanks

Replace the battery, but make sure you buy an OEM BB battery, not a cheap knockoff from ebay.

Also make sure that you don't let your battery run down below 20% as LiIon batteries don't like it. It also damages the battery and shortens the life.

So basically buy a blackberry battery? Not a cheap one off ebay.
