Default Dealing with Shared Contacts PST Files Wirelessly Synching

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, this might not be the right forum for this question, but I'm hoping you might know the answer or that it might be the right place

We have a high power exec on the road who's contacts aren't synching wirelessly because we're using a shared PST File, not his primary one, for the contacts that he has his whole group work on.

It's really pretty critical that we can get that to go smoothly for him, what's the best way to do it -- merge the shared PST file into his primary PST file? Or is there another option?

We have a good development team here so if customization is necessary we're ready to do it, and leads would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help
Best regards
