Default Back-up with desktop manager

I am going to exchange my 8700c because it has been rebooting lately for no reason and I'm within the first 30 days. When I get my new one and hook it up to the desktop manager, will it put everything back on there? Even themes, settings, ringtones etc.....?

As long as you restore it. Pretty much everything should come back.

Actually, I've had issues in the past with applications installed over the air not getting backed up and restored. I think ringtones and themes should be OK.
