What is average data usage for a Blackberry Torch per month?? Can anyone tell me? What's the most people have used up in a month without tethering the phone?

What's normal for one may not be normal for another. Average usage is relative.

Well I'm supposed to have used 243mb in a day according to my serv prov. No Apps and no Video. My emails for the day came to 900kb. Wtf??

Are you 100% sure that you have nothing else running? I barely use that in a week with my iPhone.

It might help if you list your Apps.

This happened 2 months after I used the phone. There was Facebook and all the ones that come with the phone but I never use them. Just email and occasional browsing.

Something is running on your device that is eating data, that's the bottom line. There's no way to tell what that is except to delete any app you don't use and monitor your usage. Does your provider have a short code you can dial or an app in the SIM Toolkit to check data usage?

It happened on one day and never again. It was while I was roaming of all times. Cost £1,100.00. Brilliant. Vodafone Uk cannot explain what it was and why it happened on that day and not before and not after.

I'm not sure what to tell you then... If it's never happened again, then I'm not sure what the fuss is about, but I would still consider taking my advice above and just delete anything you're not using. Data usage is pretty hard for the computer billing system to get wrong. Your bill should have had the details of each connection, which would allow you to pinpoint irregularities.
