Default 7520 sw v4.1 problems

Please Login to Remove!

i have a 7520 that i've recently upgraded to the 4.1 software, but since i have, the calendar function seems to lag quite a bit. i've also noticed when updating a task to "completed" or any other state the remaining tasks disappear untill i uncheck the filter i'm using. no BES here.

ramble is also acting up. between it locking up with a "reconnecting" message, to logging me off a lot more than it used to.

has anyone else noticed any bad changes since the upgrade?

Default 7520 not actually turning off anymore

One thing that I noticed after the upgrade is that my 7520 is not really turning off anymore. Before the upgrade when I pressed the power off/on button the screen would say "Turning handheld off, press any key to abort". Then after a couple of seconds "press any key to abort" would go away and then it would turn off. Now it goes from the power off screen to the Nextel logo screen and then the screen goes blank. However when you press the off/on button the main screen immediately pops up without any kind of delay. The radio has to turn back on but it's obvious that the battery has still been draining overnight. It's almost like it goes into some kind of sleep mode and not really off. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm experiencing this but I thought it wasn't a problem. When I want to restart my BB, I choose the Turn Off icon. It does show the "Turning off handheld, press any key to abort, then Nextel, then blank screen. When I press the power button, to turn my BB...it does go the the home screen...I thought that was normal...now I will look into the battery life...
I get the same deal with Ramble...I thought it was normal to automatically Sign Off when online too long...
this wasn't a big deal...maybe until now...
