Please Login to Remove!

i was on the internet and phone started going slow and freezing slightly so normally all it takes is to reboot my phone, unfortuantly my phone never gets past the 'e' on blackberry on the startup screen now. due to this it wont even start in safe mode, ive tried taking the battery out for hours and it still doesnt work, removed the sim card and the sd card and it still doesnt get past 'e', my laptop also wont let me download the desktop manager or software so what do i do?

Sounds like you know the answer. You need to reinstall the OS (or upgrade, if that is an option and you want to do it). And you need to get the BlackBerry desktop software. If you can't troubleshoot the laptop successfully, what about borrowing another computer?
